Cazes has professional experience ranging from furniture design and fabrication, to arena and recreation centers, to master planning and adaptive reuse with a sprinkle of K12 school work. Cazes’s construction knowledge, communication skills and leadership streamline a creative design process and allow a proactive approach to putting together complex projects and leading the team in every sense.

Mike Zimski

Mike has tons of experience executing complicated projects with large teams and rigorous permitting processes. His thorough and sincere approach to practicing Architecture makes him just as handy in a client meeting as talking through a formwork nuance onsite with the concrete contractor. Mike is process driven and knows how to deliver.

Diana Oceguera
ARCHITECT
Diana brings to the team over a decade of experience in commercial architecture including restaurant, retail and hospitality. Additionally, Diana has an extensive background in single family luxury homes and multi-family residential design. She practiced architecture overseas in the UK for multiple years, and earned her Master’s degree with honors with an emphasis in Energy and Environmental Design. Diana has a strong work ethic and practices architecture with integrity and curiosity.

Mari Hansen
ARCHITECT
Mari brings years of experience working on a wide range of multi-family projects. From affordable and senior housing while living in the Bay Area, to luxury high-rise apartments, to micro-units, to hotels, to co-living and short-term (“Aparthotel”) dwelling units. Mari uses her knowledge in this project type to help drive decisions throughout all phases of design.
